1. Introduction and Agreement By purchasing a Partner Listing subscription from The Staffordshire Spotter you agree to these terms. This forms a binding agreement between your business and us.

2. The Service Your subscription includes a Partner Listing on our website directory featuring your business details, images, and links. You also receive exclusive access to The Spotter’s Partnership Hub private Facebook community. Note that this package does not include dedicated social media promotional posts which must be purchased separately.

3. Payments and Renewals Annual plans cost £100 billed once per year. 6-Monthly plans cost £50 billed every 6 months. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge this fee automatically.

4. Cancellations and Refunds You have a 14 day cooling off period from the day you sign up for a full refund provided no bespoke work has been completed. After 14 days annual fees are non refundable. You may cancel auto renewal at any time to prevent future charges. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime but remain active until the current paid month ends. No partial refunds are given.

5. Content and Copyright You are responsible for ensuring your listing information is accurate. You must hold legal copyright for any images or text submitted. You agree to indemnify The Staffordshire Spotter against any claims of copyright infringement arising from content you provide.

6. Facebook Group Access Access to our private Facebook group is for active subscribers only. If your subscription is cancelled or payment fails you will be removed from the group. We reserve the right to remove members without refund for abusive or inappropriate behaviour.

7. Editorial Control We reserve the right to edit listings for style and SEO standards without changing factual information. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any listing deemed incompatible with our community values. Refused listings will receive a full refund.

8. Disclaimer This service is designed to increase visibility but we cannot guarantee specific results regarding website traffic or sales volumes.
